Job Description

Behavioral Product Analyst

Who we are

We’re doxy.me (doc-see-me), the world's most loved telemedicine solution, and we're on a mission to connect the world to the future of healthcare.

We believe that cost and complexity should never be a barrier to telemedicine. That’s why we created a simple, free, and secure telemedicine platform. Since 2013, we’ve grown to more than 1 million healthcare providers from 180+ countries who have clocked over 8 billion minutes of telemedicine sessions to date.

Our goal is to deliver the future of healthcare to every patient and healthcare professional on earth. Help us get there by joining our team of innovators, dreamers, and doers.

We’re a remote-first company with regional hubs for in-person collaboration (Austin, TX, Boston, MA, Charleston, SC, Salt Lake City, UT; Kyiv, UA & London, UK).

Who you are

We’re seeking a Behavioral Product Analyst with a keen investigative mindset, passionate about data, ready to explore product data to uncover unique insights about user behavior. As a member of our Market Intelligence team, you'll help us understand how users engage with our product and why they behave the way they do.

What you’ll do

  • Investigate & Analyze: Serve as a hybrid investigator, analyst, and behavioral scientist to examine product adoption and customer behavior.

  • Data Preparation: Gather, clean, and prepare large, diverse datasets from internal and external sources.

  • Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical techniques—such as A/B testing, cohort analysis, and descriptive statistics—to identify trends, patterns, and key user segments.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, growth, and strategy teams to integrate behavioral insights into actionable strategies.

  • Insight Communication: Translate complex data and model outputs into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Research Support: Assist in planning, designing, conducting, and interpreting research projects.

  • Leadership: Demonstrate the ability to build and lead this function independently as an effective standalone contributor.

Your skills and experience

  • Proficient in a programming language used for statistical analysis (e.g., Python or R).

  • Strong knowledge of statistical concepts and methods, including A/B testing, cohort analysis, and descriptive statistics.

  • Advanced skills in Excel.

  • Experience working with product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Pendo, etc.

  • Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.

What we can offer you

We are committed to giving you the tools you need to do your best work. We will take care of the little things so you can do what you do best without having to worry about all of that other stuff. Here is a taste of what you can expect:

  • Unlimited PTO

  • A fun, flexible work environment (work from home or on location at one of our regional hubs)

  • Competitive Salary

  • Paid trainings and certifications

  • Advancement opportunities in a growing company
