Bella’s Cafe is a lively brunch spot known for serving delicious breakfast and Brunch all day. We take pride in our fast-paced environment, great customer service, and high-quality food. We’re looking for a skilled Full time Lead Breakfast Cook with Management Experience to join our team and help keep our kitchen running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook breakfast and Brunch menu items efficiently
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet restaurant standards
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, food prep, and cleanliness
• Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring smooth workflow
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist in managing kitchen team performance
• Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a short order cook in a fast-paced environment
• Previous management or leadership experience in a kitchen setting
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to take initiative
• Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
