Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements. Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Solution Development: Develop and propose solutions that address business needs and improve operational efficiency. Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and user stories. Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis techniques to interpret business data and provide actionable insights. Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure successful delivery. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on project progress. Testing and Validation: Support the testing and validation of new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to the development of best practices. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience in Payroll, Finance or Accountancy field or any related experience Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA). Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
