We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to oversee the clinical aspects of our Community-Based Intervention (CBI) program. Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and foster a supportive, team-oriented culture that prioritizes client care and accountability.
Supervise and guide a team of clinicians, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness in service delivery.
Collaborate with other Clinical Managers and staff to ensure consistent coverage, supervision, and crisis support across teams and programs.
Conduct audits of client records to ensure compliance with quality standards, including treatment plans, progress notes, medication management, and discharge summaries.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including those set by the District of Columbia Departments of Behavioral Health and Health, Medicaid, and other governing bodies.
Train, mentor, and supervise clinical staff, providing individual and group supervision to enhance skills and service quality.
Oversee personnel management, including hiring, evaluations, and performance improvement plans in consultation with Human Resources.
Assist in the development and implementation of innovative treatment services to improve client outcomes.
Participate in staff meetings, committees, and engagement initiatives to support team retention and morale.
Provide direct clinical services as needed.
Support the team in meeting or exceeding budgeted service expectations.
Maintain client records and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist in preparing for accreditation, licensure, certification, and audits to ensure ongoing compliance.
Work collaboratively to enhance customer satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in securing new business opportunities, referrals, and partnerships.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continued growth and excellence in service delivery.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health, or a related field.
Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Washington, DC.
2-3 years of experience in the mental health field with a focus on community-based services.
Strong leadership, supervisory, and team-building skills.
Knowledge of clinical documentation, compliance standards, and Medicaid regulations.
Ability to analyze key performance metrics and support budgetary goals.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
