The Position:

As a Clinical Research Coordinator at Panorama Eyecare, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver the best eyecare. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of study patient care, including study-related testing, participant education and consent, product dispensing, visit scheduling, and source documentation.
• Promotes and enrolls patients into clinical research studies.
• Attends study-related surgeries and provides guidance to ASC staff.
• Identifies and reports Adverse Events (AEs) and Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) per protocol requirements.
• Manages receipt, inventory, and dispensing of investigational products.
• Performs equipment calibration checks and maintains study supply inventory.
• Captures accurate and detailed source documentation and completes timely data entry.
• Assists monitors with data review and resolution of queries.
• Ensures completion and maintenance of all study logs.
• Coordinates communication between ECNC, sponsors, IRBs, and labs.
• Attends investigator meetings and participates in protocol training.
• Trains clinic and study staff on protocol requirements and updates.
• Maintains compliance with study protocols and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
• Coordinates scheduling with other departments to optimize workflow.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Acquires new skills as needed to support evolving study requirements.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Required to obtain/maintain Certified Clinical Research Coordinator certification within 30 months of hire.

Requirements

Who You Are

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, etc.)
• COA/COT and/or CCRC preferred. Certifications must be maintained.
• GCP certification maintenance required
• Prior experience with human subjects.
• Prior research related experience preferred
• Phlebotomy certification preferred

Additional Job Details

• Works at our clinic location, Eye Center of Northern Colorado - Precision (3151 Precision Dr, Fort Collins, CO).
• This is a Full-Time Position.
• Compensation for this role will be $27 - $33 an hour based on experience/certification.
