About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Crypto Software Engineer to join our team and help power the next generation of blockchain-enabled user monetization experiences. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in blockchain development, including smart contracts, crypto wallets, or tokenomics at scale. Crypto experience is mandatory .

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and scale backend systems that support blockchain-integrated features across Awards, Premium, Collectible Avatars, and upcoming User Economy products.
• Implement smart contract interactions and architect token-based systems and decentralized infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the long-term crypto strategy for our creator ecosystem.
• Lead the entire development lifecycle including architecture design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Establish backend engineering best practices and mentor team members to enhance technical excellence and blockchain fluency.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience building and launching blockchain-integrated products.
• 5+ years of backend engineering experience in production environments.
• 3+ years of designing scalable, distributed systems.
• Proficient in backend languages such as Golang, Python, or Java.
• Strong knowledge of communication protocols such as GraphQL, REST, gRPC, or Thrift.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a focus on product impact.
