Salary: $80,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:
Responsibilities: - I will independently design and create data, software, or technological solutions to address scientific or business inquiries. I demonstrate competence across various technologies related to programming languages, data integration, data warehousing, and data visualization and analysis.
- I will implement and troubleshoot the Five9 call center software solutions in diverse configurations and environments, whether remotely or nearshore/offshore.
- I manage the daily operational and tactical aspects of multiple implementation projects.
- I will effectively convey plans, progress, and status to both internal teams and business users.
- I am able to clearly articulate design and implementation services through presentations, demonstrations, and open discussions with business users.
- I continually seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships by engaging effectively at all levels of the client organization.
- I will develop materials in accordance with business requirements and service opportunity needs.
- I provide second-level support for the Five9 app and Speech Analytics.
- Requirements:
- I have experience with Contact Center systems, including Contact Routing, CTI, Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Call Recording, Workforce Management, and Quality Assurance for multi-channel contact management of voice, email, chat, SMS messaging, etc., allowing me to offer guidance, thought leadership, and operational support as a skilled Contact Center advisor.
- I possess experience in deploying contact center cloud applications and providing Disaster Recovery & BCP support.
- I have prior experience with call center reporting.
- I have experience in the pharmacy, healthcare, or insurance sectors.
- I can effectively transfer system knowledge and train others.
- I have experience in developing and generating contact center reports to enhance efficiency.
- A background in continuous improvement is preferred.
- I understand the broad objectives of projects and my role in achieving them, adapting my approach when necessary. I escalate unresolved issues to ensure successful execution and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- I am committed to learning, understanding, and mastering new methods and technologies, serving as a resource or mentor for others.
- I produce and maintain necessary technical documentation related to my work.
- I am aware of and adhere to corporate standards regarding applicable corporate and divisional policies, including code of conduct, safety regulations, GxP compliance, data security, and the software development lifecycle.
- I have experience integrating the Five9 application with other software such as CRM and pharmacy fulfillment systems.
- I possess basic networking knowledge related to IP Telephony.
- I hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 5 years of experience in Contact/Call Center Software.

The annual salary for this position ranges between $80,000 and $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for our discretionary annual incentive program based on performance, subject to the terms of our applicable plans.
