Required Skills:

Strong analytical skills, with a focus on key metrics and data analysis to drive decisions.
Creative and resourceful problem-solving ability to identify growth opportunities and run tests.
Experience in marketing, product development, and user experience enhancement to refine product-market fit.
Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a startup environment.
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and learn the nuances of what drives success and growth.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of proven experience in growth product management for consumer subscription startups or companies.
Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies.
Strong communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around growth objectives.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on approach to execution.

This role requires a candidate who can balance strategic thinking with practical execution. You'll experiment, iterate, and quickly adapt strategies to drive growth. The position also requires close teamwork and cross-functional collaboration to ensure product features align with user needs and business objectives.
