What does a successful Hand Fulfillment Associate do at Fiserv?

As a Hand Fulfillment Associate, you will join our team at our Hazelwood, MO location and receive premier hand folding training in our Production environment. You will become skilled in hand folding and manually stuffing envelopes with client-printed documents. Additionally, you will organize completed fulfillment orders into postal totes for warehouse pickup. Opportunities to cross train will be also available that will allow you to take on various tasks based on the workload.

What you will do:

• Receive and hand fold customer statements and invoices.
• Conduct quality checks to verify that the hand folds are accurate according to the job order.
• Stage materials after fulfillment requests are completed for warehouse pickup.
• Adapt and multitask as production volume changes without advanced notice.

What you will need to have:

• Experience using a computer for data entry.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to perform basic math to support various job responsibilities.
• Ability to stand or sit 50% of your shift and safely lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Must be able to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel and bend often.

Important Information about this role:

• Compensation starts at $18/hour
• You will work an assigned schedule of:  6:00 am to 2:30 pm; Monday through Friday.
• Flexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidays.

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
