Job Title: HR & Payroll Specialist
Location: Littleton, CO
Pay: $35 - $38 per hour ($72,800 - $79,040 annually)
Job Description
This role involves processing payroll, overseeing timesheet accuracy, and providing HR support for employee onboarding and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Process weekly payroll.
Ensure all timesheets are approved and accurate.
Attend weekly HR and financial meetings.
Assist with various HR projects and tasks as needed.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and badging procedures.
Manage payroll data in a third-party system while maintaining confidentiality.
Submit weekly prevailing wage reports and assist with monthly union reporting.
Qualifications
3 years of payroll experience
2 years of HR experience
