Telephone Sales Representative

About the Role

We're looking for a talented and competitive Telephone Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. If you have experience in outbound and remote phone sales, we'd love to hear from you! This role plays a key part in our customer acquisition and revenue growth by making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone.

Please Note: Candidates must have outbound and remote phone sales experience and live within 60 miles of our location.

What You'll Do

Make 100-250 outbound calls per day using a dialer system.
Handle warm leads (80% outbound, 20% inbound).
Understand customer needs and recommend the right warranty plans.
Follow scripts and close sales in a one-call process.
Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Build strong customer relationships and contribute to a positive team culture.
Stay up to date on our products and the industry.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday: 8 AM - 9 PM
Saturday: 8 AM - 5 PM
40-hour workweek (shifts assigned based on business needs).
Must be available during all hours of operation.

What We're Looking For

1+ years of outbound telephone sales experience (remote experience required).
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
Strong phone presence and ability to engage and close sales over the phone.
Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, dialer systems, and Microsoft Teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Must type 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
Must pass a background check and qualify for a Florida Telemarketing License.
Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish) is a plus!
