Position: Level 1 NOC Analyst (Full-Time).

Location: Hauppauge, NY.

Salary: $40,000 – $43,000 annually.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor systems using tools like SolarWinds, Datadog, and PRTG.
• Triage and troubleshoot network, server, and cloud issues.
• Provide remote tech support (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals).
• Support Microsoft 365: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Handle basic Active Directory tasks (password resets, account unlocks).
• Resolve basic network issues (DHCP, DNS, VPN).
• Document incidents in ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, ConnectWise).
• Assist with patching, endpoint protection, and updates.
• Participate in an on-call rotation (occasional nights/weekends).

What You’ll Need:

• 1–2 years in a NOC, help desk, or tech support role.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and macOS.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Basic Active Directory knowledge.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications
• Experience with RMM tools
• Exposure to irtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox)
• Familiarity with PowerShell or scripting
• Cloud support experience (Azure, AWS)
