Fort Indiantown Gap, PA . This MTC provides training support to National Guard units in the Central states (IN, MI, OH, WV, VA, KY, TN, NC, SC).
We are seeking a
Site Manager to support National Guard Bureau unit training under the
Mission Command Training Support Program contract. You will lead a multifaceted team to provide Simulations Training for National Guard units at the MTC or unit Armory
HOW THE SITE MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: - Lead a multifaceted, multi-hatted team comprised of Operations, Logistics, Administration, Cyber Security, Simulations, Networking and Mission Command Information Systems to provide training focused to achieve TUC TOs
- Interact with the Government Director to perform daily operations and exercise support
- Understand the process of Simulation-Stimulation to achieve TUC TOs using a variety of simulation systems and models
- Understand the process of synchronizing Live-Virtual-Constructive training to stress TUCs at the brigade level and higher
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: - BA/BS or higher
- 10 years supervisor experience
- MEL 4
- Secret
- BN/BDE Command or S-3

The likely salary range for this position is $112,967 - $152,837. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
