And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** The Clinical Advisor position is an exciting pharmacist opportunity to use your clinical background in a client-facing role. This role will support the Aetna Commercial Employer segment and is an integral part of the account team. As a Clinical Advisor, you will utilize clinical and analytical skills in a managed care environment to positively impact the health of clients and members while helping reduce health care costs. You will accomplish this through: - Serving as the clinical subject matter expert on the account team, both for current customers as well as prospect new business meeting opportunities. - Providing clinical consulting services through analyzing drug utilization patterns and trends for our Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) clients. - Leveraging your presentation skills by delivering quarterly and annual reporting to our customers, in partnership with the account owner. - Educating clients on CVS Health/Aetna's clinical programs and making strategic solution recommendations that meet our client's unique benefit plan needs. - Updating client-specific clinical benefit elections. As a Clinical Advisor, your success will be driven by maintaining above average client satisfaction scores and contributing to the account team's ability to increase client revenue relative to clinical programs and solutions. You will partner and serve as a liaison with internal teams and other clinicians supporting clinical programs on behalf of the client to achieve these results. Superior writing and organizational skills as well as the ability to meet tight deadlines will also be paramount to your success. The contributions you will make as a Clinical Advisor will position CVS Health/Aetna for long term growth in the competitive PBM marketplace. This is a remote role, with the ideal candidate located in the Southeastern US (FL, GA, AL, SC, NC). You must have the ability and willingness to travel up to 40% of the time to meet client and business needs. **Required Qualifications** - 3+ years of managed care Pharmacist experience and/or 1 year of Managed Care Residency program. - Active pharmacist license that is in good standing - Highly organized, detail oriented, proficient analytical ability with effective listening & presentation skills are required. - Demonstrated experience supporting PBM or health plan clients - Demonstrated understanding of drug utilization patterns and trends as it relates to the PBM industry. **Preferred Qualifications** - Skilled in various PC applications, including MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). - Superior written and organizational skills and well-developed interpersonal skills. - Ability to set goals, prioritize and meet deadlines. - Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and dynamic health care landscape. ​- PGY1 Managed Care Residency **Education** Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy or Pharm D **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $110,925.00 - $187,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
