The Nursing process is defined as the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluating of nursing care pertinent to the individual patient.You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. Additional requirements include:ACLS and PALS certifications are required within 90 days of hire.One year of experience in an Acute Care setting preferred.
