This is a remote position.

Job Highlights
Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 15 hours per week, Monday – Friday 3 hours per day, 15 hours per week: A block of 1.5 hours any time between 7am & 10am (central time), A block of 1.5 hours anytime between the hours of 5pm &10pm (central time).

Job Description

We’re seeking a talented Social Media Community Engagement Specialist to help amplify our luxury brand presence across social platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a sophisticated design company that values quality engagement over quantity, where your efforts will directly contribute to building meaningful connections with realtors, potential clients, and industry professionals. You’ll play a crucial role in growing our network within the luxury market while maintaining the high standards that define our brand. This position offers excellent growth potential as you demonstrate value and help scale our social media presence in the competitive luxury design industry.




Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster a positive and interactive community across all social media platforms.

  • Monitor content engagement across various social media platforms

  • Interact with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.

  • Oversee and manage community challenges, competitions, and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with other departments on major campaigns and ensure brand consistency

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media community engagement or similar digital marketing role
  • Excellent English communication skills with professional writing ability
  • Experience working with US-based companies or international clients preferred
  • Availability to work during US business hours with flexible morning and afternoon sessions
  • Proficiency with Instagram and other major social media platforms
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain premium brand standards
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently while maintaining direct team communication
  • Interest in luxury design, real estate, or related industries is a plus
