What We’re Looking For:

We are currently expanding our team and looking to fill the position of a Full-Time Residential HVAC Installer. This is an on-site, non-remote role requiring dynamic individuals with a can-do attitude and a robust understanding of HVAC systems and construction principles. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Installing gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and zoning systems in residential settings.
• Proficiently installing both round and square ductwork according to industry standards.
• Handling the installation of black iron and CSST gas lines with precision and safety.
• Frequently working in crawl spaces and other confined areas as required by job demands.
• Maintaining high productivity levels and the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensuring that your assigned work van is kept clean and organized to promote a professional work environment.
• Completing detailed work orders accurately post-installation or service tasks.
• Upholding a clean and valid driving record to meet company standards for safe vehicle operations.
• Delivering exceptional, 5-star customer service consistently.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead residential HVAC installation, with a proven track record of managing and completing new installations.
• Hands-on experience in commissioning HVAC systems is essential.
• Prior experience in training and guiding new team members is beneficial.
• Extensive knowledge and expertise in the HVAC field, especially in residential settings.
