Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled **SAP Basis Project Manager** who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops. **Role: SAP Basis Project Manager** **Job Level:** Manager **Location:** Foster City, CA, Work from home - Hybrid. **Duration:** Full Time only **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SAP Basis and preferably domain experience in Medical Devices. This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills to ensure successful project delivery. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel. **Responsibilities** · SAP SolMan experience is a must · Must have SAP BASIS Core experience including SAP · Database Administration · System Administration · Operating System administration · System Monitoring · Cloud and Compliance experience · Lead the planning and implementation of SAP Basis projects · Oversee project timelines deliverables and resource allocation · Provide technical expertise in SAP Basis to ensure project success · Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives · Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed · Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations · Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies · Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management · Facilitate project meetings and document key decisions · Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle · Drive continuous improvement in project management processes · Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues · Foster a collaborative and productive team environment · Contribute to the company's mission by delivering high-quality projects that impact society positively **Qualifications** · Possess a strong technical background in SAP Basis · Have domain experience in Medical Devices (nice to have) · Demonstrate excellent project management skills · Exhibit strong communication and leadership abilities · Show proficiency in risk management and problem-solving · Have a proven track record of successful project delivery · Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model · Be adept at coordinating with cross-functional teams · Maintain a focus on quality and compliance · Be committed to continuous improvement and innovation · Have a collaborative and team-oriented mindset · Show dedication to the company's mission and values · Be able to operate effectively during the day shift. **Certifications Required** PMP Certification SAP Certified Technology Associate - System Administration (SAP HANA) **Salary and Other Compensation:** The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 to $132,000 P/Year depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
