You will serve as a SECURITY SPECIALIST in the FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHEAST of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST. The President has ordered a government-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the hiring freeze. Although we are moving forward with the consideration of candidates, we will not make a selection for this vacancy announcement unless and until the position is no longer subject to the hiring freeze.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will monitor, facilitate and implement policy and procedures for Industrial Security.
• You will maintain records management for Continuous Evaluation, utilizes 5 CFR 731, SECNAV M 5510.30C and DoD NISP guidelines.
• You will serve as a program specialist and advisor to and for FRCSE Jacksonville in the area of program administration.
• You will assist the Security Manager in the coordination and management of the Security Clearance Program.
• You will advise Security Manager and designed Contracting Officer's Security Representative (COSR) of recommendations for proper course of action.
