What You’ll Be Doing:

• Define and execute strategy for AC-DC ICs in a fast-evolving market
• Cultivate strong relationships with global customers and lead product launches
• Collaborate across applications, R&D, and sales to develop compelling product collateral
• Oversee product lifecycle with a focus on value-based pricing and margin goals
• Drive large-scale customer projects and translate insights into strategic action
• Analyze competitive trends and technical developments in real-time
• Ensure alignment and communication flow between Marketing and R&D
• Deliver presentations, forecasts, and strategic planning materials

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Physics
• 10+ years of product marketing experience in AC-DC ICs (Flyback, Resonant, etc.)
• Proven ability to turn complex tech into marketable business solutions
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
