Job Description

Summary:
This on-site instructional position is ideal for a licensed educator seeking to make a meaningful difference in a diverse, multicultural learning environment. Teachers are responsible for delivering curriculum-aligned instruction to elementary or secondary students, creating engaging lesson plans, and modifying teaching strategies to meet student needs. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a long-standing district focused on global citizenship, academic excellence, and inclusive education.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and deliver daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals
• Use instructional methods tailored to diverse learning styles
• Assess student progress and adapt instruction for remediation or enrichment
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
• Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and school staff
• Ensure classroom compliance with school rules, safety, and behavior expectations

Experience You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in elementary or secondary education (required)
• Indiana State Teaching License (required)
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills
• Ability to adapt lessons for various learning levels
• Willingness to perform physical classroom duties and operate standard teaching equipment
