Job Summary

Summary: WE ARE SEEKING A FRIENDLY, ATTENTIVE, AND PROFESSIONAL TEEBOX ATTENDANT TO PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE TO GUESTS IN OUR PREMIUM TEEBOX AREAS DURING UTAH JAZZ & UTAH MAMMOTH HOME GAMES. THE TEEBOX ATTENDANT WILL ENSURE GUESTS HAVE A MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE BY DELIVERING PERSONALIZED SERVICE, MAINTAINING CLEANLINESS, AND ADDRESSING GUEST NEEDS PROMPTLY. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS PERSONABLE, DETAIL-ORIENTED, AND ABLE TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED, HIGH-ENERGY ENVIRONMENT.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

***WE WILL BE HIRING 1 TEEBOX ATTENDANT TO RUN OPERATIONS DURING UTAH JAZZ HOME GAMES & 1 TEEBOX ATTENDANT TO RUN OPERATIONS DURING UTAH MAMMOTH HOME GAMES***

CORE DUTIES:

• Setup and maintain TeeBox buffet/snack station presentation nd tidiness. 
• Stock buffet, beverage, snacks, and condiments. 
• Clean and break down post-event.
• Relay client needs and update Shift Lead on service status.
• Build rapport with guests to ensure a great experience. 

PRE-SHIFT:

• Familiarize yourself with the BOE and add-on's, if applicable.
• Stock and dry-set TeeBox (dry food: popcorn, snack mix, bread, and condiments).
• Follow TeeBox-specific setupSOP fo buffet/snack layout.
• Pull product from pantry or warehouse if needed. Fill water dispensers and soda R2's.
• Review any special guest notes or requests.

IN-SERVICE:

• Restock and maintain TeeBox cleanliness.
• Monitor guest traffic and presentation.
• Keep TeeBox clean and replenish buffet/beverage stations. 
• Check in with guest periodically.

POST-SHIFT:

• Clean station and reset for next event. 
• Clean and sanitize all service ware that does not return to the scullery department.
• Return unused product per protocol.
• Debrief with Shift Lead.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event support preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-energy environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based around event schedule.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasksand prioritize effectively.
• Professional appearance and demeanor. 
• Must obtain valid Utah Food Handlers Permit.
• Must obtain valid Utah On-Premise Alcohol Certificate (if 21 years or older).
