Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Developer with strong financial services experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in building sophisticated dashboards, working with large financial datasets, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Tableau development .
• Strong understanding of financial data and reporting requirements (e.g., revenue, expenses, forecasting, investment performance).
• Excellent SQL skills for querying and transforming data.
• Experience using Python for data processing or analytics tasks.
• Exposure to GenAI tools is a strong plus.
• Strong background in stakeholder management and the ability to translate business questions into technical requirements.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and manage ambiguity in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to support financial reporting and decision-making.
• Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and deliver intuitive data visualizations.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data from various sources.
• Integrate Tableau with data pipelines using Python or other scripting tools if needed.
• Partner with data engineering teams to improve data models and data quality .
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders.
• Leverage GenAI where applicable to improve automation and insight generation (preferred).

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in banking, asset management, or financial analytics .
• Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Azure SQL).
