As a member of the Performance Excellence team, the Performance Excellence Coordinator is accountable for project support, communication, and other administrative duties as needed. The Performance Excellence Coordinator will collaborate closely with all members of their team, organizing project schedules, training timelines, and serving as a liaison between various departments.
**Essential Job Duties:**
+ Support multiple projects simultaneously by preparing project plans, tracking resource allocation, monitoring task progress, and ensuring timely completion
+ Maintain clear communication on project status throughout the project life cycle
+ Exercise flexibility in performing assignments as business needs evolve
+ Follow WelbeHealth policies and procedures, as well as participate in any required Quality Improvement activities, staff training, and meetings
+ Communicate regularly with supervisor and team regarding workload and priorities
**Qualifications and Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; PMP certification is a plus
+ Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a project-based environment; proven work experience in administrative support or project coordination for a complex function
+ Experience working in a fast paced, participant-centric environment
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint required; proficiency with Microsoft Smartsheet, preferred
+ Experience in a healthcare setting, strongly preferred
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on routine project tasks and exercise sound judgment, obtaining guidance and escalating issues when necessary
+ Strong collaboration skills with the demonstrated ability to identify, communicate, and manage issues in a dynamic environment
+ Strong connection to value of shared intention through teamwork and collaboration

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $67,829 - $89,535 / year + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
