Job Description

Description - Provide shipper support to vendors and sellers who use Amazon as their freight distributor. - They make sure they get the service that is due to them, customer support from the standpoint of operations to solve problems. - If there is a missed pickup, their job is to research and ultimately resolve to ensure the freight is picked up. - There is a report that comes out every morning which lists the missed pickups, the report will have some data points but there will be gaps that need to be problem solved using various tools, resources, data analysis and stakeholder communication to ultimately resolve the issue. - Will work through 50 vendors to start and expected to work through 175 8 weeks into the role. - Majority of communication will be in written form and less phone. Inbound transport, managing scheduled pickups, re-routing hauls, resolving issues, data analysis, interacting with other people. Working with several vendors. Will be assigned to vendors and use excel to track vendor activity. Reach out to vendors to learn issues and resolve. Analyze data. Problem-solving with shipment, i.e. why shipment isn't picked up. One contractor will be working with approx. 50 different vendors Can you describe their level of interaction with you and others on the team? -- Support from team and others (15 people) Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
